We are a proud WISE Authorized Training Administrator, you can earn your CTIA WISE Certification online, as an additional industry-recognized certification you can earn alongside our Repair Technician Coaching Program. WISE Certifications are an industry-recognized standard certification for technicians and retailers that allows technicians to advance their knowledge, but is not required to take our courses.

During the course registration process, check 'Add WISE Level 1 and/or 2 Certification' and add them to your cart.
The exam fee is then added to your cart, in addition to the training course you have chosen.
We will keep a record of your work and exam score on file and provide your PASSING score to WISE.
WISE will then mail your official frameable certificate directly to you at no extra charge!
WISE stands for Wireless Industry Service Excellence. It is the industry recognized standard for retailers and technicians performing phone repair. WISE Technician Certification includes two certification levels.
Once you’ve registered to become a Level 1 Technician you will receive a downloadable study guide that accompanies our training and you must score a 70% or higher on the exam to pass.
Becoming a Level 2 Repair Technician is more in-depth and requires a tech certification and review of your repair workmanship, which you will receive through passing our Device Repair Coaching Program.
The WISE Authorized Service Provider certification program is for Retail Stores, which you can learn more about by visiting the WISE website.
WISE Certification Programs
Our Cell Phone & Tablet Device Repair Essentials coaching program prepares you to pass the Level 1 Exam and the study guide is used as a course study book.
During registration you may purchase the WISE Certification exam. After payment has been processed you will be able to download the course study guide and will need to enroll in the online exam. You have 2 attempts to take and pass the exam. Once you have passed with at least a 70% or higher, you are a certified WISE Level 1 Technician. We will then report a PASS to the WISE team, who will mail your certificate directly to you!
Once you have successfully completed our Online Cell Phone & Tablet Device Repair Essentials Training Program and passed the WISE Level 1 Knowledge Exam, you are eligible to enroll in the hands-on portion to become certified as a Level 2 WISE technician.
We are required to record your work and keep it on file, we will then report a PASS to the WISE team, who will mail your certificate directly to you!
The WISE Authorized Service Provider (ASP) allows service providers to stand out in the industry and demonstrate their commitment to quality. Certification is awarded based on each retail shop meeting the industry recognized standards defined within this program. Today, the scope of the WISE Certification program includes mobile devices and is specific to a retail repair environment. Each location is individually certified.
In addition to the documentation, photos, and information needed on your location, a key requirement to getting your location retail certified is that you must have a WISE Level 1 & Level 2 certified technician employed on your staff. Cellular Repair School not only can train and certify your staff, but you can use our system to collect, organize, and submit all the information needed to earn your WISE Retail Store Certification.

This is a self-paced training program, so you can move at your own speed! We understand that life happens, and that just because you enroll today that doesn’t mean you’ll be able to finish (or even start) the class this week. When you enroll you get 3 months access to the online classes, repair videos and support. If it takes you longer than 3 months, that’s okay! As long as you have your monthly membership of only $49.97 active, you can take as long as you need.
Our tests are based on the cell phone repair industry standards set by the Association of Device Repair Service Excellence (ADRSE), which means that they are difficult enough that you need to actually know the material and not rush through any particular section. They are not tricky or hard just to be hard, but are challenging enough that you shouldn’t expect to be able to pass just because you’ve taken other training or courses in the past that are not based on the repair industry standard. Our training is different, and the exams will reflect those differences.
This is the part that takes the Repair Hero Formula to an entirely different level. These are the deep dive sessions, where we meet with you and other members face-to-face virtually using your webcam or mobile device. We will take the material even deeper and answer your questions, and you will also get to hear the questions from other members.
