Our repair training videos are laid out in a step-by-step format, covering the fundamentals and the real-world things you will encounter.
We teach you both, WHY to do certain things, as well as HOW to do certain things when it comes to repair.
The repair library never stops expanding… We’re adding new device repairs all the time.
Got a request for a specific repair that you need? Let us know…if it’s not in the repair library and there’s enough demand, we’ll create it just for you!
This is a self-paced training program, so you can move at your own speed! We understand that life happens, and that just because you enroll today that doesn’t mean you’ll be able to finish (or even start) the class this week. When you enroll you get 90 days access to the online classes, repair videos and support. If it takes you longer than 3 months, that’s okay! As long as you have your membership active, you can take as long as you need.
Our membership rate for alumni is currently $49 per month, which is paid every 3 months for a total of $147 quarterly.
Our tests are based on the cell phone repair industry standards set by the Association of Device Repair Service Excellence (ADRSE) and Wireless Industry Service Excellence (WISE), which means that they are difficult enough that you need to actually know the material and not rush through any particular section.
They are not tricky or hard just to be hard, but are challenging enough that you shouldn’t expect to be able to pass just because you’ve taken other training or courses in the past that are not based on the repair industry standard. Our training is different, and the exams will reflect those differences.
This is the part that takes the Repair Hero Formula to an entirely different level. These are the deep dive sessions, where we meet with you and other community members face-to-face virtually using your webcam or mobile device. We will take the material even deeper and answer your questions, and you will also get to hear the questions from other members.
It’s live, and it’s unscripted…covering everything from newbie questions to ultra advanced questions. These sessions are awesome, we have a lot of fun and get an amazing amount of work done on them!
We also give you the recordings of those deep dive coaching sessions! This way you can go back through the questions your fellow students had and you can internalize our answers and the way we approach those questions. We cover so much ground on these sessions that you’re going to want to listen to them again and again.

No. A certification that can be purchased isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on and isn’t really preparing you for success. That’s why our courses are challenging, you will have to earn your certificate by passing the program courses and exams.
This training membership program is self-paced, so you can take as long as you need! When you enroll you get 3 months access to the online courses, repair videos and support. If it takes you longer than 3 months, that’s okay! As long as you have your membership active.
If you really want to set yourself apart from your competition this certification is highly valuable. However, the knowledge you’ll gain by completing this membership program and passing all the tests is more valuable than any certificate or badge.
